Shipping Costs

Postage to Australian addresses is free for all orders over $89. If your order is under $89, postage is $14.00 for regular post. For domestic orders, and providing your location isn't remote,, delivery can take between 1 - 5 working days.

International shipping is a flat rate of $50.

We currently do not offer express post due to courier delays not currently ensuring speedy deliveries.

Delivery Timeframes (for Australia only)

• Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends + holidays).
• Delivery: Up to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.

International shipping

• Standard International shipping is a flat rate of $50.
• Please note that delivery to locations other than Australia may take up to 6 weeks.
• Rita Palma is not responsible for border fees, taxes or customs charges. Items are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) so you may have to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes to release your delivery. Policies vary by country so please check with your customs office.

• All orders are sent via the most trusted and efficient service.  If you wish to have your parcel delivered by DHL, please contact us via the site as additional shipping charges may apply.

Your shipping details

We recommend providing a work or home address where someone will be available to sign between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm weekdays. Otherwise, if you are happy for your parcel to be left at the door, please give authority in your order notes or via email.
